Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, making it essential for the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service in a hotel or similar environment is highly valued.
